1. Vat Refund

Fill in the tax-free document with your personal details. At the City Cash Office you must show your passport and provide your credit card to get your refund.

2. Stamp Document

Stamp your document at customs at the airport or validate it at the digital terminals.

   3. Send by post

Return your duly stamped Tax Free Form to INNOVA within 30 days of the date in which you received the refund, using the pre – addressed envelope provided at time of purchase.
