Recently, INNOVA have opened a new refund point in downtown London. Change Group is the partner who will be supplying this service. The office is located at 369a Oxford Street (next to Bond St. tube).

Business hours are from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Please be informed that, additionally, you can also claim your VAT refund in cash at our Heathrow and Gatwick airport refund offices.
