ChangeGroup, one of the world’s leading providers of foreign currency and financial services, opened a state-of-the-art Luxury Lounge at Bicester Village. The Lounge was ceremonially declared open by Sacha Zackariya, Group CEO of ChangeGroup and Becky Bateman, Director of Retail for Value Retail.

The Lounge follows a unique contemporary design which aims to provide the very best experience to Bicester Village guests with a luxurious look and feel.

Visitors to the Lounge can take advantage of a dedicated money exchange kiosk, the early VAT refund service, a spacious sitting area with bespoke furniture and a team of highly trained multi-lingual consultants.

ATM services are also offered around the village through ChangeGroup’s own machines. An exclusive value addition to the Lounge is virtual queue ring system, linked to customer’s phones, which allows guests to spend more time shopping and makes the VAT refund experience hassle free and enjoyable.
